You'll work closely with all areas of the P C team (Learning Development, Recruitment, HR Operations and Projects) and our customers from the broader business.
Key Responsibilities: Provide timely, accurate administrative support across the full range of HR programs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Keep HR records and systems updated with meticulous attention to detail.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in administration, ideally within HR.
Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Confident with Microsoft Excel and HRIS / database systems.
A process-driven mindset balanced with empathy and a commitment to good outcomes.
