Your new companyOur client is looking for a Senior Program Officer to join their team on a full-time basis for an initial 12-month temporary contract with extension possibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong stakeholder‑engagement skills, experience in clinical or operational project work, and a solid understanding of mental health service environment
Your new roleAs a Senior Program Officer your responsibilities will include:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSupport the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical and operational projects and programsProduce high‑quality written and verbal communication, including briefs, advice, submissions, procurement documents and correspondence for internal and external decision‑making forums.Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by developing and maintaining processesParticipate in program evaluation activities, including project management tasks that support strategic priorities, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing development of clinical policies and procedures.Apply strong process-design and analytical skills to develop effective procedures and workflows.
