Boss Mining Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Operations Coordinator role is a hands-on, manual position, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This role is suited to an experienced operator who leads from the front while remaining actively involved on the tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work hands-on alongside crews delivering wash-down and industrial cleaning services
* Coordinate daily site activities and shutdown works
* Lead, mentor and support Wash Technicians
* Ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are consistently met
* Liaise with the Operations Manager and site representatives
* Assist with planning, job coordination, and workflow
* Complete reporting and site documentation accurately
This is not an office-based role and requires active participation in field operations.

Essential Requirements:
* HRWL - EWP over 11 metres
* Basic mechanical knowledge
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space
* Forklift Licence
* White Card
* Clean National Police Clearance
* Unrestricted Australian working rights
* C Class Driver's Licence (HR-B preferred or willingness to obtain)
Highly Desirable:
* Supervisor Training - Section 26
* FMG, Rio Tinto, BHP, MRL or MACA site inductions
* Mining, shutdown, or industrial cleaning experience
* Water jetting accreditation (B Class)
* Experience with pumps, vac systems or small engines
* Ability to pass D&A testing and pre-employment medicals
