The Role
We are looking for a full-time Practice Nurse Manager to join our team at our Elizabeth, South Australia Practice. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for managing the daily treatment room operations and nursing services. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care; work closely with the Practice Manager and GPs to coordinate clinical services, manage workflow and foster a collaborative high‐performing environment. Your Responsibilities
* Inspire and empower: Lead and motivate a skilled team of nurses, fostering growth and delivering clinical excellence daily.
* Drive smooth and safe treatment room operations: Oversee efficiency and safety, ensuring optimal staffing and workflows.
* Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical safety and quality standards to maintain a trusted healthcare hub.
* Team with Practice Manager: Collaborate with the Medical Centre Practice Manager to analyse performance metrics and allocate resources for impact.
* GP Collaboration: Partner with GPs to support comprehensive health assessments, tailored care plans, and chronic disease management.
* Building positive professional relationships: Maintain collaborative and respectful workplace culture with patients and medical staff.
* Champion workplace health and safety: Participate in safety initiatives and promptly report incidents or hazards.
About You
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* General Practice or primary health care experience preferred but not required.
* Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously and delegate when appropriate.
* Passion for patient-centered care and a personable approach.
