Findex is seeking an experienced and polished Corporate Receptionist to join our Dalby office. This is a permanent, part-time role, working 30 hours per week.
As the welcoming face of our firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders—playing a critical role in shaping an exceptional workplace and client experience.
Your role, your contribution
* Delivering exceptional customer service as the primary contact for clients, visitors, and staff
* Providing high-level administrative and hospitality support to clients, ensuring meetings and requests run seamlessly
* Managing a busy, fast-paced reception environment with confidence, maturity, and calm under pressure
* Building strong relationships through a warm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
* Applying strong organisational skills prioritising tasks, solving problems proactively, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail
