Job Summary
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support individuals across all ages in a community setting by delivering therapeutic services and managing a varied caseload.
* Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function to inform treatment goals and interventions
* Developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals
* Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications to enhance independence and quality of life
* SUPPORTING participants in various settings, including home, school, work, clinic, and telehealth
* Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards to ensure high-quality care
