We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in Albury. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Your focus will be on expanding our footprint across the region and positioning Programmed as a trusted provider of labour hire and staffing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across the Albury region
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer retention
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain service standards and develop a deep understanding of client needs
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes
- Promote a strong safety culture, including safety talks and site inspections
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records across all client accounts
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in business development or account management
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Approachable, personable and confident working with a diverse range of people
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on service excellence
- A current C-class driver's licence
