Our client is looking for a Document Controller to be based in the Gold Coast. The role requires experience in the setting up and also managing the correspondence on Document Management systems.
Requirements
Experience in the setting up and managing the correspondence on Document Management systems.
Experience on Version control and document status.
Enforce consistent naming, numbering and formatting.
Control document flow to the right stakeholders.
Ensure timely retrieval of accurate and approved documents
Ability and experience in preparing reports
Experience with effectively mapping document processes
