What You'll Be Doing
* Drive new business and increase market share
* Build and execute strategic account plans

* Engage stakeholders at all levels—from specifiers to decision-makers
* Collaborate internally to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions
* Manage and grow key accounts across the project lifecycle
What You Bring
* Proven success in BDM / sales roles (ideally within construction or related sectors)
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills
* Existing or developing network in A&D and/or relevant industries
* Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
* High energy, self-motivation, and a genuine drive to succeed
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
