Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Lead and manage Customer Service Assistants to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement
* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and team performance


Requirements

* Possess a strong passion for customer service and leadership
* Demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude and proactively find solutions to problems
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with team members and management
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances
