About the role
Responsibilities include slicing, preparing and serving meat, seafood and cheese products safely operating deli equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.
About you and your skills
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
* To possess in-depth product knowledge as the go-to person for customer queries
* To be physically active – you'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
* The ability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
Key requirements
* Ability to handle meats and seafoods (including cooked and raw) and cleaning preparation areas
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
