About the Role

As the Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Specialty Medicine 2 program across CALHN, ensuring services are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard. Working as a valued member of the Leadership Team, you will help shape the strategic direction, oversee operational activities, and provide essential support in areas such as workforce management, financial performance, facilities, and risk management. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to improving care delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Program Director and senior colleagues to implement strategies that drive service excellence and long-term sustainability. You will have the chance to influence key policies, systems, and processes, ensuring our teams are empowered to provide outstanding care.
