The Role You’ll run the park like it’s your own. That means: Leading a team of approximately 35 staff Leading multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping & Grounds Taking pride in our product: 106 cabins & 70 sites Driving revenue, occupancy, and operational performance (the park currently sits around 84% occupancy) Coaching and empowering department leaders Owning the guest experience end-to-end You won’t be stuck behind a desk; You’ll be visible, hands-on, and across every part of the operation.
