**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of export air freight operations and customer service.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Effectively manage end-to-end export air freight operations for the business
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Registering air freight shipments using CargoWise system
- Lodging air cargo automations and customs documentation
- Managing air carnet and DG (Dangerous Goods) shipments
- Organise for goods to be packed and transported to airports or bonded warehouse
- Liaising and negotiating with airlines, shipping lines, overseas agents, suppliers and third party companies
- Ensuring transshipment freight is processed effectively to minimise delays
- Other duties as required by the Manager
**Skills and experience**:
- Export air freight experience
- A valid DG (Dangerous Goods) Certificate
- A valid ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
- CargoWise, ICS and 1-Stop knowledge and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate preparation of shipping documentation
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
