ABOUT USWe are the home of harness racing in Victoria.We are a seven-day-a-week entertainment venue offering a range of racing and non-racing activities, including dining facilities, large function and conference rooms, a 41-room four-star hotel, a busy gaming lounge, and a sports bar & TAB.Our commitment is to provide high standards of excellence in racing, hospitality, and customer service, with a passion for delivering a great experience to our customers.THE OPPORTUNITYThe key responsibilities you will assist with include leading our team towards excellence in customer service and compliance, including:Demonstrating Tabcorp Park Customer Service StandardsMonitoring customer service levels and, in conjunction with senior management, recommending and implementing training as neededMaking decisions regarding guest concerns and taking responsibility for resolving issuesEnsuring compliance with RSA, TAB & VCGLR RegulationsAdhering to all Tabcorp Park values, policies, procedures, OH&S, food and hygiene standards, professional venue presentation, and cash controlIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement in work processes and procedures and implementing changesManaging personal development through attending training courses aligned with your development planPerforming accurate reconciliations of Tills, System One & TAB, and addressing errors and variances appropriatelyFollowing cash handling policiesABOUT YOUYou enjoy being part of a team and approach your work with energy and positivity.
