We’re looking for capable, kitchen-ready Cooks to join the Forefun kitchen team. You don’t need to be a qualified chef, but you do need to know your way around a kitchen, keep it clean, and serve up consistent food during high-volume nights.
This role suits someone who’s had basic commercial kitchen experience or has completed a Certificate II or III in Kitchen Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep and cook menu items during service
- Follow food safety and handling procedures
- Maintain clean, organised kitchen throughout shift
- Work well under pressure during busy nights
- Assist with stock rotation and restocking as needed
Requirements
- Basic cooking experience in a hospitality or events setting
- Certificate II/III in Kitchen Operations (preferred, not essential)
- Punctual, reliable, and clean work habits
- Weekend and evening availability
- Able to work solo or in a small team
