Building on this foundation, MANTA is focused on creating the next-generation digital infrastructure layer for the distributed energy ecosystem.
We're seeking a Lead Product Manager (Founding) to design and build a scalable SaaS platform that simplifies and automates complex operational workflows.
This is not a traditional PM role — you'll own the system end-to-end, turning real-world processes into structured, efficient solutions for multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Do
* Lead the design and development of a new operational platform
* Build core modules for workflows, ticketing, and task management
* Understand existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and create scalable solutions
* Launch MVP, drive adoption, and iterate based on user feedback
* Introduce automation and AI where it improves efficiency
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
* Experience building SaaS or workflow-based products
* Strong system design and problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate messy real-world processes into scalable systems
* High ownership and execution mindset
Nice to Have:
* Experience in after-sales, service, or operations platforms
* Exposure to hardware, technology, or energy sectors
* Experience with AI-driven or automated solutions
