* Prior experience as a sous chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
* Demonstrated ability to provide motivational leadership and motivate high-performing teams;
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Commercial Cookery or Culinary Arts;
* Exceptional teamwork skills with proven track record for effective communication, collaboration,
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or similar qualification);
