Overview

Join to apply for the Customer Service Officer role at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood.

Location: Brisbane Processing Centre, Queensland. This role supports the timely distribution of life-giving blood and products to Approved Health Providers while maintaining quality, safety and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities

* Receive and confirm orders from Approved Health Providers
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email for management of customer queries and feedback
* Liaise with medical and scientific stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
* Input orders and logistical information into systems for processing and fulfilment
* Escalate issues that deviate from the work schedule or standard work processes
* Maintain a high commitment to quality systems and quality control measures


What we're looking for (Qualifications)

* Prior experience in customer service roles with a passion to deliver it
* Ability to undertake routine and repetitive work with close attention to detail
* Collaborative with a strong sense of teamwork
* Ability to follow and perform standardised work processes in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Technical and digital aptitude
