About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers across Northern Victoria, providing them with exceptional service and support.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales, account management, and business development, with a strong track record of meeting targets. They will also have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding results, has a hunter mentality, and is able to interpret data to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Work closely with the branch network, state sales team, and national support centre to achieve shared goals
