Your day would include:
* Making outbound calls to coordinate a suitable time and place for an inspection, along with other forms of contact with third parties to help support and assist our purchasing team.
* Calculate travel times and distance between jobs to assure they are booked in the most efficient way.
* Manage and plan our interstate Inspectors weekly calendar
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Ensuring all inbound and outbound communications are handled professionally.
* Collating supporting documentation to form a purchase contract.
Our ideal applicant would need to possess:

* Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
