BIKE MECHANIC/ATTENDANT -About the role -This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experience by helping clients select, operate and maintain high quality electric mountain bikes. It focuses on ensuring each rider enjoys a seamless and memorable journey by providing expert guidance and briefings, performing routine maintenance and delivering outstanding service. Conduct E-bike rental bookings and customer reservations. Conduct briefings on equipment usage and bike usage area Perform routine maintenance, safety checks and repairs on E-bikes. Ensure bikes are in optimal condition before and after each rental. Assist customers with store purchases of merchandise and technical products. Conduct and record daily inspections and cleaning of bikes. Perform trail maintenance to ensure safe and enjoyable riding conditions. Facilitate off-road recovery of guests and equipment from trails. Educate customers on bike operation, safety protocols and recommended routes. Handle bookings, payments, cash up and customer inquiries efficiently. Maintain a clean, organised and professional workshop and rental environment. Qualifications - Minimum of 12 months' experience in a bike workshop (Essential) (E-bike-specific training can be provided; prior exposure is advantageous).
