The Company Our client is the head group of multiple companies who specialise in FMCG who are continuing to expand their operations. They have approximately 2000 employees nationally, with a head office of 100 employees in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The Role Reporting to the GM, National Sales, this is a data focused role to track their high volume of moving stock and produce, updating their spreadsheets as required. This is a temporary role starting ASAP for 3 months with potential to extend. Working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 100% office based. Free parking is available on site. Duties Spreadsheet and database management for monitoring inventory Transferring data and identifying anomalies or errors Liaising with the Sales team and any ad hoc tasks as required Your Profile Previous experience with similar Administrative or Data Entry tasks Advanced MS Excel skills - formulas, pivot tables & VLOOKUP's Be immediately available to start!
