We are currently seeking experienced Casual Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our team supporting clients across Gold Coast, including areas such as Biggera Waters, Labrador, Ashmore, Benowa and surrounding areas.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful support to older Australians living in a in-home care environment.
Position Summary
As a Personal Care Worker, you will play an important role in supporting clients with their daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing in their home environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
* Support clients with mobility, hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation
* Monitor and report changes in client health or wellbeing to the care partner
* Assist with light domestic duties and household tasks
* Support community access and social engagement
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment
* Work collaboratively with the Right at Home care team and clinical staff
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent) – mandatory
* Previous aged care, disability, or community care experience preferred
* Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
* Current National Police Check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Immunisation record (including flu vaccination where applicable)
* Full working rights in Australia
