We are seeking a talented kitchen leader to bring bold Asian flavors to life. As a key member of the culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, maintain consistency, and elevate our menu.
About the Role: You will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management, lead, train, and mentor the kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and efficiency.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in an Asian cuisine restaurant
* Expert wok skills – heat control, precision, and speed are essential
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and innovative Asian flavors
* Experience in menu development, cost control, and kitchen efficiency
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
