Gowrie Western Australia is seeking passionate and dedicated Educators to join our team. We have roles to suit educators of all ACECQA recognised qualifications, who are looking for roles of approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Joining Gowrie, a not-for-profit (for purpose) organisation who has been providing early childhood education and care for 85 years, will see you providing exceptional care and education to young children, filling their days with magical moments.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering high-quality early childhood education programs that foster the development, learning and wellbeing of children
* Collaborating with parents and families to support each child's unique needs and interests
* Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Observing and documenting children's progress to inform educational planning
* Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice
* Adhering to all regulatory requirements and Gowrie's policies and procedures
What we're looking for
* Relevant early childhood education qualifications including ECT, Diploma and Certificate III.
* Experience working with children in a centre based service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each child
* A passion for creating enriching learning experiences
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A commitment to providing exceptional care and upholding the highest standards of safety and wellbeing
