Community Grounds Manager
We are seeking an experienced Community Grounds Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the community grounds, gardens, and recreation facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in gardening maintenance, general maintenance, and amenity cleaning. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our residents.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and managing the community grounds, gardens, and recreation facilities
* Overseeing and managing contractors/service providers to ensure compliance with guidelines, policies, and procedures
* Managing routine and scheduled maintenance and safety requirements of facilities, equipment, and plant
* Facilitating and managing operational activities within budget
* Engaging and building strong relationships with residents
* Managing community security
* Actively participating in caretaker meetings and completing all relevant reporting as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Preferably or similar experience working within a community/lifestyle environment such as retirement living, caravan parks, commercial facilities, schools, hotels, or motels
* Experience in gardening maintenance, general maintenance, and amenity cleaning
* Strong communicator, you're a natural at engaging and building relationships
* A Commercial Operators Licence in compliance with the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 (ACDC) for weed spraying (although not essential, can be assisted in obtaining)
* Competent computer skills
* A current General First Aid Certificate (or a refresher can be arranged)
* A current full driver's licence/own vehicle required to commute to/from work, a work ute is available during the day
