Lead Allied Health Professional
The successful candidate will oversee a diverse range of programs, including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, Community Aged Care, and more.
This role involves guiding a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered services that make a positive impact.
* Manage Allied Health teams and funded programs
* Drive service quality and innovation
* Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management
* Ensure compliance with industry standards
* Develop strategic plans and marketing initiatives
* Manage incidents and stakeholder relationships
* Promote a culture of wellness, safety, and social responsibility
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and current registration with relevant professional body
* Minimum 3+ years in a leadership/management role within Allied Health
* Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Check, National Police Check, and Driver's Licence
* Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary teams
* Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
* Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
