The Client
Our exclusive client is one of the longest-serving residential Real Estate companies in the area. Due to ongoing success, we are now looking to appoint their newest staff member to join their well-retained sales team in a key support role for one of their top-performing Reps & their team.
The Role:
We are seeking someone committed, loyal, and enthusiastic who can work both in a team and autonomously. You will be responsible for:
1. Managing the Rep's inbox
2. Responding to routine/appraisal enquiries
3. Fielding telephone calls on their behalf
4. Administration for the team (3 x total)
5. Managing the Reps phone 1 in 3 Saturdays - taking & responding to calls (not required to go into the office for this )
The Candidate:
6. Previous Real Estate experience within a sales environment
7. Professional presentation
8. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
9. The ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
10. Excellent attention to detail & time management
11. Possess a strong work ethic & desire to be the best support network
12. Previous experience with Vault software advantageous but not essential
