Outbound Account Executive – APAC Sales Team
Responsibilities
* Identify and engage high-potential hospitality venues across Australia through multi‐channel outreach (calls, email, social).
* Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Deliver tailored product demos and act as a trusted advisor, positioning Lightspeed as a complete solution.
* Lead pricing discussions and negotiations to drive strong commercial outcomes.
* Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM data for forecasting.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to support customer success and business growth.
* Stay on top of industry trends and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, re‐engaging leads, and converting conversations into meetings.
* Ability to forecast pipeline and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
* Proven track record of high performance in previous sales roles.
* Strong motivation to grow your career.
* Experience with Salesforce and the hospitality industry is a plus (not required).
