About the role:
* Lead client relationships and growth in Sydney, including strategy and activation when necessary.
* Conduct Commerce audits, prepare proposals, and pitch work proactively and reactively.
* Support the Commerce Executive and collaborate with wider teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
* Partner with the Commerce Lead to develop strategies for expanding Commerce capabilities, including internal training programs.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partner agencies.
* Lead multidisciplinary squads on retail/commerce client briefs.
* Work with agency and finance teams to meet commercial objectives and maintain healthy margins.
About you:
* Experience in commerce areas such as D2C, Omnichannel, Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), eRetail (e.g., Woolworths), Shopper Marketing, or affiliates.
* Strong stakeholder influence and a proactive 'lean in' attitude.
* Leadership experience and understanding of team management.
* Knowledge of tools like CitrusAd, Google Ads, Pacvue, Amazon Advertising, Google Data Studio is advantageous.
* Experience in consultancy or agency environments is preferred.
* Familiarity with supply chains, forecasting, aftersales, and platforms like Commerce CMS, CRM, CRO is beneficial.
* Understanding of attribution and modeling concepts is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects or brands concurrently.
