The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across a portfolio of assets. Offering autonomy and the ability to make decisions, this role is based on trust and full accountability.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement compliance, WH&S, and safety systems
* Oversee day-to-day contractor performance and service agreements
* Monitor on-site works, fitouts, and essential services
* Maintain environmental and safety standards
* Drive high standards of property presentation and maintenance
The Candidate:
* Experience in facilities or operations management, ideally with mixed-use assets
* Solid understanding of compliance, WH&S, and environmental obligations
* Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and service providers, including remote experience
* Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, building systems, essential services)
* Excellent communication and contractor management skills
