We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team with Clarendon Homes. Clarendon Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.
What will you be responsible for?
Your day to day could look like:
* Lead and coach a team of new home consultants to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
* Support the daily operations of display homes and drive customer engagement
* Monitor traffic, conversion, and sales performance across multiple sites
* Drive a strong team culture with high morale, accountability, and development
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and construction teams to resolve issues and align execution
* Respond to escalated customer concerns, improving satisfaction and referral outcomes
* Provide regular performance insights and reports to senior leadership
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with:
* 5+ years' residential sales experience (ideally in project homes)
* A proven background in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
* Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence using CRM systems and interpreting sales performance data
* A collaborative and adaptable leader with a passion for customer experience
