About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Service Manager to drive client acquisition, retention and service growth within our expanding business.
This role combines business development, tendering, client relationship management and operational coordination. You will play a key part in securing new service contracts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless hand‐over into operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new service opportunities, including monitoring platforms such as Tenders WA
* Attend tender walkthroughs and site surveys to gather information for accurate quoting
* Prepare and submit professional tender and proposal documentation
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular service meetings and reporting
* Review and manage expiring service agreements and prepare contract renewals
* Identify unquoted defects, outdated quotes and additional sales opportunities within the client base
* Set up new service contracts in the system and coordinate handover to scheduling
* Monitor service data integrity and elevate issues requiring action
* Provide technical and administrative support to the broader service team
* Represent the business at networking and industry events
* Manage service inbox enquiries and client queries
About You
You are commercially driven and operationally strong. You understand that great business development is built on strong follow‐through and excellent client service.
You will bring:
* Experience in Business Development or client‐facing service role
* Experience preparing tenders and proposals
* Experience using Uptick or similar field/service management systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* A collaborative approach and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
