About the Role
You'll meet with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. You'll focus on understanding their needs and presenting solutions.

Once you’re confident, you’ll take on pre-qualified, booked appointments – no cold calling – and start selling high-quality, tailored solutions to customers who genuinely want what we offer.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting in-home consultations and quoting for security and energy-efficient solutions
* Promoting globally recognised brands like Crimsafe and 3M
* Building rapport and trust with homeowners and business clients
* Managing follow-ups and customer journeys with the support of a full dedicated sales support team
* Attending team meetings and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
You could be a great fit if you:
* Are confident in face-to-face or in-home sales (or are ready to learn it)
* Communicate clearly and professionally, and build trust easily
* Are highly motivated, proactive, and eager to grow your income
* Take pride in your appearance, attention to detail, and customer service
* Have basic tech and maths skills, a driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle
* Are available to work across Brisbane, Logan, and the Gold Coast
Previous experience in home improvements, furnishings, or construction is helpful, but not essential.
