What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the heartbeat of the café, handling everything from the morning rush to keeping the vibes high.
* Crafting consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee.
* Smashin' out workflow during peak busy periods.
* Greeting regulars with a friendly, confident attitude.
* Spinning up cold drinks, acai bowls, and serving ice cream.
* Jumping in on POS, light food prep, and keeping the space sparkling clean.
What We're Looking For
Personality and work ethic matter just as much to us as your skills on the machine.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a barista in a high-volume, busy café.
* Speed & Skill: Ability to work efficiently under pressure without dropping quality.
* Attitude: Positive, punctual, reliable, and a genuine team player.
* Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late afternoons, and weekends (highly desirable).
