In this role, you will:
Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre's attendance pipeline
Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Perform key business administration tasks
Build and maintain strong relationships with families
About Goodstart Carlisle:
Located on the corner of Archer Street and Rutland Avenue, within walking distance of the Carlisle train station.
Our service offers education and care to children aged from six weeks to six years.
Families and educators at our centre come from a variety of different cultures, and we celebrate and embrace this diversity.
Outside, we have age-appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children's awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability.
Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience.
