About The Role
As a Centre Director at The Grove Academy, you’ll lead with heart, overseeing the daily operations of the centre while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. You’ll champion The Grove Academy’s values and be the key figure in building strong relationships with children, families, and the team.

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate leader to take on this vital role. To succeed, you’ll need:
* Experience in managing an early childhood education and care centre
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
* Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
* A passion for making a lasting impact on children’s lives
