Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team and lead the Human Resources function in a dynamic, international environment. As an HR Manager, you will play a strategic and operational role in driving people management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with global and local business goals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies
- Support performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and career development
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives
- Facilitate training and development programs for employee upskilling
- Manage HR administration: contracts, benefits, payroll coordination (as per local law), and HRIS systems
- Provide guidance on work permits, visas, and relocation for expatriate employees (if applicable)
- Prepare and present HR reports to management on key metrics (attrition, recruitment, employee satisfaction, etc.)
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work culture
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and global HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office tools
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
- Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is a plus
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new work culture
