* Contribute to Development Efforts: Apply your experience to build and enhance solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
* Embrace Learning and Innovation: Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset as you explore and master Dynamics 365 XRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure technologies.
* Support Secure and Compliant Solutions: Develop a strong awareness of security standards, ensuring systems are robust, compliant, and trusted.

About You
We are looking for candidates who bring a mix of technical skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for learning. Ideally, you will have:
* Hands-on Development Experience: Exposure to one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
* Version Control Proficiency: Familiarity with Git-based source control systems and modern development workflows.
* Database Knowledge: A foundational understanding of relational databases and data structures.
* Strong Team Collaboration: Team-first mindset with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
* Clear Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Agile Delivery Experience: Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
* Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Computing or Information Systems).
