About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Consultant (SAP Payroll & Insurance) to be part of our Application Platform Services, Technology & Communication Service Command team. The Senior Business Consultant will assist business units to improve efficiency of operations, deliver effective customer services and support the achievement of organisational goals through reviewing business streams, systems and processes, making recommendations, and implementing and evaluating business improvement projects
It is preferred that the successful candidate will:
* Hands on functional configuration experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) within complex, high volume payroll environments, including testing and ongoing support.
* Strong working knowledge of integration points between the various HR modules and HR/Payroll.
* Knowledge in the insurance and injury management domain, with a strong understanding of ERP supported processes related to Workers Compensation, Injury Management, Income Protection Insurance, and employee benefits and their interaction with payroll outcomes.
* Proven ability to translate business rules and legislative needs into effective SAP Payroll and insurance related system solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, delivering end to end technical solutions in Injury Management systems and SAP Payroll.

This role requires strong functional experience at the intersection of SAP Payroll and insurance related processes. Using specific examples, demonstrate your experience supporting Workers Compensation and/or Injury Management processes that are integrated with SAP HCM Payroll, including how payroll impacts such as payments, deductions, offsets, arrears, or adjustments were managed.
Target Question 2:
Explain with example, your experience in managing an SAP Payroll related enhancement or custom solution where you were involved in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment & Support.
