About the Role
* General office administration and data entry
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Assisting with scheduling, orders, and documentation
* Supporting accounts, purchasing, and operations as required
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
About You
* Previous administration or office experience preferred
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Professional phone manner and written communication
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
