Customer Service Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in Devonport. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This full-time position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to deliver outstanding service via phone and in-person. You will also be responsible for managing scheduling, identifying and costing vehicle jobs accurately, creating invoices and raising orders, as well as supporting day-to-day administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience and strong computer literacy with the ability to learn multiple systems. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence, self-motivation, and reliability. A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, will be required for the successful applicant.
