Love making busy days run smoothly? We're growing fast and looking for a confident Scheduler/Planner who can take ownership of our bookings, keep customers informed, and help our field team hit the ground running each day.
You'll be the calm, capable voice on the phone — organising jobs, prioritising urgent work, and keeping everything moving when it gets busy.
What you'll be doing
* Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, confident customer support
* Schedule and plan technician runs efficiently (and re-jig the day when priorities change)
* Book service jobs accurately and confirm appointments with customers
* Create and send quotes and job information
* Update job notes, customer details and booking info in our systems
* Support the team with day-to-day admin that keeps operations flowing
What we're looking for
* Strong spoken English and a professional phone manner
* Excellent computer skills (fast, accurate data entry; confident with systems, email, calendars, and basic spreadsheets)
* Proven customer service experience (call centre, service bookings, reception, retail, or similar)
* Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage changing priorities
* Organised, proactive, and dependable — you follow through
* Good knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (essential)
Bonus (not essential): experience in electrical/whitegoods/service industries — we'll train the right person.
What you'll get
* Stable full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
