About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advice Implementation Specialist to provide superior service to clients and support financial planners with their administration and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating daily administration and data entry tasks;
* Liaising with Client Administration Services for timely processing of requests;
* Setting up timeframes and managing expectations with clients through the implementation process; and
* Providing implementation support to Financial Planners.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of experience in a similar role;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Able to find solutions and demonstrate attention to detail;
* A proactive approach to meeting client needs;
* Strong organisational and time management skills;
* Commitment to outstanding client service and teamwork;
* Excellent phone manner and basic MS Excel and MS Word skills;
* Excitement about making super simple and accepting calculated risk in decision-making.
