Graduate Program
You don't need to be a graduate. However, if you if you have recently completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), you can join our Graduate development program as you transition into the workforce and help put your skills into practice.

About the Role:
As a Care Worker, you'll support our clients in their own homes and out in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
* Ensuring the safety of clients during the service and supporting their needs.
* Providing companionship, emotional and social support.
* Providing Transport services.
* Respite care.
The ideal candidate will have:
A qualification in aged care or disability support (Preferred but not compulsory).
* A reliable smartphone with data (Compulsory).
* A current Australian driver's licence (Compulsory).
* Comprehensive car insurance (Compulsory).
* Willingness to undergo a Police Check (National Police Certificate) as part of the employment process.
Experience:
* Manual handling: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* First Aid Certification (Preferred)
* CPR Certification (Preferred)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Preferred)
* Working with Children Check (Preferred)
