Key Responsibilities:
Performance Support
* Provide advisory services to Heads of Department on performance matters, ensuring alignment with our strategy and industry best practices.
* Develop and implement recognition programs to motivate employees and drive engagement.
Talent Development
* Partner with Accor Academy to create tailored training programs that meet the needs of our resort team.
* Identify opportunities for employee growth and development, working closely with department heads to implement solutions.
Industrial Relations
* Ensure compliance with Fair Work Australia Act, National Employment Standards, and relevant Award or Agreement.
* Maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
