Job Overview:
The role of an Electrical Specialist Trainer is to provide expert training to Electricians in High Voltage Switching.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have extensive knowledge and experience in electrical safety, high-voltage systems and procedures. A strong background in teaching and training is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Electricians
* Liaise with management to ensure training schedules are met
* Mentor students to achieve their full potential
* Develop and maintain expertise in High Voltage Switching
Requirements:
* Cert IV in Training Assessment (or equivalent)
* Prior experience as an instructor in TAFE, RAEME and RAE
* High Voltage switching ticket
* Cert III Electrical / Electrotechnology
* Passion for teaching and passing on knowledge
