What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Allied Health Professional is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing quality dietitian services to patients/clients of the SNSW Local Health District to meet health and wellbeing needs.
Selection Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia (DA).
* Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Extensive broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency, ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboration as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload across a regional area.
* Commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
* Ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities.
* Ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision.
* Current unrestricted drivers' licence and ability to travel as required (may involve long distances).
