We are launching a brand‑new bridal outlet on the Northern Gold Coast in March 2026 and are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Store Manager to lead the boutique.
Gold Coast Bridal Outlet was created with one simple belief: beautiful gowns deserve a second moment. We offer exclusive deadstock, de‑labelled designer gowns and carefully curated pre‑loved pieces at genuine outlet prices. Our aim is to make finding your dress exciting, relaxed and special – without the traditional bridal price tag.
This is a leadership role within a growing business. We are looking for someone who takes genuine ownership, thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, and is excited to build something from the ground up.
We are currently open to either a permanent part‑time or full‑time arrangement initially, with a clear pathway to full‑time as the business grows.
The Role
* Leading all daily store operations
* Driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
* Delivering exceptional, personalised bridal experiences
* Managing stock, visual merchandising and store presentation
* Rostering, reporting and team management
* Recruiting, training and developing stylists
* Contributing to launch planning and store growth
* Supporting the creation of engaging social media content
* Confidently participating in styling videos and try‑ons
* Showcasing new arrivals and in‑store moments
You are:
* Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturdays essential
* An experienced retail or boutique manager – preferably minimum 2 years in a retail management role
* Experience in bridal or luxury outlet space highly regarded
* Commercially minded and sales‑driven
* Highly organised, solutions‑focused and able to work under minimal guidance
* Polished, confident and professional – representing a luxury product
* Comfortable representing a brand both in‑store and online – must be comfortable filming TikToks and reels
* Passionate about fashion, styling and customer experience
* Take pride in your work and treat the business with care and accountability
